Privacy Policy

1. Our company will comply with Japanese laws and regulations and other rules concerning the protection of personal information.
2. Personal information will be properly acquired. When gathering information, our company will give prior notice specifying the purpose of use. The information will not be used for other purposes without the consent of the person in question.
3. When entrusting the handling of personal information to outside parties, the contractor is selected and the appropriate means of management are implemented via contract with that contractor.
4. Before shared use of personal information with group companies and so on takes place, we will give prior notice concerning the data items, users, purpose, and person(s) responsible.
5. Personal information held by our company, except in the following cases, will not be disclosed or provided to third parties without the consent of the person in question.
   • Cases based on laws and regulations.
   • In the case where it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain consent from the person in question.
   • In the case where there is a particular need to promote children’s health or improve public health, and it is difficult to obtain consent from the person in question.
   • In the case where there is a need to cooperate with the country’s institutions or local governments, or to carry out affairs stipulated by the commissioned laws and regulations, and obtaining consent from the person in question is likely to hinder the performance of the office.
6. Concerning the personal information held by our company, our company will strive to prevent dangers such as illegal access of personal information, loss of personal information, falsification, and leaks through the implementing of appropriate and reasonable security measures.
7. Our company, along with establishing a personal information management officer, will establish an officer responsible for each department, and will strive to manage personal information appropriately. We will strive to continuously review our system and improve it. We will implement appropriate training for all staff, and we will work to promote a strong awareness of personal information protection.
8. Concerning personal information held by our company, we will respond promptly within a reasonable range to any disclosure requests, corrections in the case of false information, and addition and deletion requests from the person in question.
